 Bovis Lend Lease has been operating in Taiwan since 1991 with our first assignment the provision of project management services for the FuBon Banking Centre project in Taipei, a state-of-the-art 24-storey office tower worth over US$80 million. Over the years, we have managed over 60 projects with a construction value of US$1.2 billion in the country.

In Taiwan, Bovis Lend Lease is recognised as a leading company providing a broad range of real estate services to multinational clients. Some of our clients include Citibank, ING Barings, Bank of America, Lucent Technologies, Applied Materials, Amkor, Corning and Nokia. We have also worked with local leading enterprises in Taiwan such as Ruentex Group, Core Pacific Group, Taipei Financial Center Corp. and Tainan Spinning Company on a variety of projects.
Bovis Lend Lease and Lend Lease Retail have also collaborated in providing services in development management, retail planning and design, leasing, marketing, project management, tenancy design & coordination and property management consulting for the 100,000 square meters Taipei 101 Mall which was successfully opened in November 2003. Bovis Lend Lease, in co-operation with Lend Lease Retail, also provided feasibility study and retail planning services for a mixed-use development project for Tainan Spinning Co. and Oriental Mall Development Company.

Currently, Bovis Lend Lease is contracted by Corning Display Technologies Taiwan to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services on over US$500 million worth of expansion projects.
