Bovis Lend Lease has been active in Ukraine since 2000, where we have completed several projects in Kiev, Donetsk and Kharkiv.
Bovis Lend Lease has a registered office with fully licensed operation allowing us to offer a wide range of fee based services tailored to meet the specific requirements of the clients in Ukraine, including Project Management, Construction Management, Development Management, and Consultancy Services including Program Management, Design Management, and statutory functions of Zakazchik (Investor’s representative) and Technadzor (Technical Supervision). In addition, Bovis Lend Lease has the capacity to deliver an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Service (EPCM) for Industrial Sector clients.
